Nice thorough video. Question, why fill the new frame with mortar? Mortar only promotes rust from the inside out, by holding moisture. The only time you'd need to slush the frame is if people were constantly taking heavy carts in and out, and kept bumping the frame. Slushing is A LOT of work and promoting an unintended result.
