@superwin Pick about 3 or so different variations and mix them into your pushup workout, change variations weekly to keep your body in a state of muscular confusion! :)

@paleszhurts No problem at all. Essentialy the deeper you go in the pushup, the more stretch and activation of the chest you will need to execute the rep. So try pushups between a few books stacked up so that you can go extra deep!

Great clip!!! Gives great variations!... I'v been trying the explosive ones now for ages they are the most difficult as I'm 110kg.. Any tips other than lose weight ha as im not over weight at 6'3

@steve17101980 A really simple way is to reduce carb intake late at night, ie have your carbs for breakfast, pre and post workout.
