Our wild garlic season kicked off this week, and Guy's been out with the harvesters in our local woods. But should we grow it ourselves instead?

  • disagree?!!! i think you friend in the pub is missing the point quite drematically about the idea of working with and with whats best about and for nature, to say this is a bad thing to do. its bloody fantastic! inlakech

  • I make Ramson pesto (just blend with vinegar, oil & seasoning) lets me enjoy ramsons all year.

Hard for me to imagine people buying Ramson. I was lucky enough to live amongst nature, instead of in a glass and concrete cage.

When did eating leaves from a sustainable eco-system harm nature, these caberists with their nonsensical environmental concerns. Go back to the organic section of Tescos to buy some more palm oil for your reusable bags.

ps. ramson bulbs are v tasty, the boar told me !
