That is totally normal for Hyacinth Macaw. You do not file or trim beaks.

OOh yeah. Some vets say they don't like o because then they have to take care of it in the futur. But I prefer it, You can also file it to if it becomes too sharp. I haven't done it to my bird because his beak is too small, but it is mostly done o bigger birds.
