I think that no amount of plastic surgery will help her because she's ugly and hateful on the inside too. She seriously appears to have no genuine feelings for others, no kindness in her, no emotion or compassion. She looks empty and viciously mean spirited. People like her scare me. I loved when on the finale one of the brides said she "didn't know people like her existed". She could have played the "good game" while keeping basic human values in tact.

I loved when on the finale one of the brides said she "didn't know people like her existed". Some argue she played a good game. I think you can, and win, while maintaining basic human values. She seems downright evil.
