I didn't even know john cena lives in Tampa in the winter. I was there yesterday but now i'm back in the freezing cold. FUCK! Why didn't i see him?!? SHIT SHIT SHIT!

@TheElysianTerror Everything in Florida especially in the Tampa area has way over priced values on them when it comes to newer, bigger, and homes in more rich neighborhoods. Now if its an area plagued by foreclosures then the values are way low, but where he is, is a rich neighborhood. The tax records from county assessments are always typically lower then the actual home value. My house alone is worth 25k more then what I'm paying taxes on.

@stringfellowhawke247 I find that just a LITTLE hard to believe. Not saying that you are wrong because you live in the same county as him, but rather that my house in New Hampshire is a fraction of the size and is still valued at $350,000.

@TheKings91 His taxable value is just under 400k before Homestead exemptions so it is worth more.

@TheElysianTerror Its probably around 550k right now. A couple years ago it could have easily have been $750k. His taxable value is just under 400k and home values are always more then the taxable value in most cases in Tampa. I live in the same County as him.

I don't understand why people hate on John (or anyone) for having a big, nice house. They're successful, are we really going to mad someone for that? Admit it, whenever WE see a big, nice house, we're always like "wow, I wish that was me". So how come when it's NOT us, we get mad at people for that? We shouldn't punish people for working hard to get to that place. If it's someone who's rich for the sake of being rich, that's different, but someone who's worked for it, ridiculing them is wrong.
