hey , No . Dont get decieved too fast . Although you think its kinda hard to get used to and touch screen doesnt last long , but actually they're wrong . Its just the matter of getting used to and getting to know the phone , its a revenue once you get used to it . I had an iphone and it had never been a problem for me , at all , so its okay . Get one , dont trust them aite (: haha keep in touch

not excacly, but it does have a pre install program to open .txt file and i havent yet try the power point and excell but i belive it can open them aswell
