Sup bektur34, if you would like to get better in basketball, you need to start sticking with a serious workout course. I used widely known workout training at "50-inch-vertical(dot)com". I didn t even tell this to my basketball teammates yet hehe

Anyone who owns a basketball need to all study the right way to dunk, I just not too long ago done the exercise program at | 50 inch vertical [dot] com | - I can't recommend anything else (I'm just 5'6!)
