there are puddles on my street that get deeper than that... and ford those mothers with my 91 honda accord. now that is an off roading beast :p

That's about as far as most passenger cars should go before their wheel bearings go to crap. My right front wheel bearing went bad after driving in a large flood and several mud trips. It also says in the owners manual not to submerge the car below the wheel bearings or get the undercarriage. Yet, I still do that anyways, it's a Subaru :D
