What is Photofly?
Photofly is an experimental technology preview from Autodesk
It uses digital photography as the basis for reality capture.

Photographs taken of a subject are uploaded to Autodesk's cloud server, where they are automatically stitched and translated into a 3-dimensional mesh model.

This can used in many fields, such as design, historic preservation, forensics and remote sensing (photogrammetry).
