Its like wtf... i got AMD 4400+ x2 2.4Ghz, 4gb ram and 9600GT from Gainward with 512mb, and GTA IV run on low at like 20-30fps... i dont get this game...

25-30 fps is considered good in gta 4.. anything over 30 is nice and if you push over 40 OMG ITZ DA ALIEN TECH?!!. No srsly.. Install raw game.. test fps install patch test fps then other patch and so on.. stay with the patch that gives you most fps.
