Yes, you need to get it in a single run.  It will take some practice but you will get it.

I prefer to use pummelweed to get into warrior focus, but your way does seem to keep the enemy trolls alive longer.

Use what ever works for you. The only important thing is that you get the score for the A ranking!

The higher your multipliers are, the more Doomed Trolls will appear. Make sure you don't accidentally enter Focus in other areas.

Sometimes one might accidentally enter Focus somewhere else the Doomed Trolls will spawn in inaccessible areas and you won't see them but they will reduce count.

By that I mean, there are only a certain amount of Doomed Trolls that will appear on each level. For this level, the max that will appear is 100. I hope this makes sense to you.

at 2:30 the trolls that are there how come they are loads of them because they are still there at about 6 mins into it on mine they are there for about 2 mins plz help!
