PhoneGap - An Open Source Mobile Framework

So this is a wrapper for web apps, will it wrap apps that are larger in screen size to the 480x32 or 320x480 size, one can view any size web sites on an iphone and it will squeeeze it onto the iphone screen, can phonegap do the same, does it have to conform to native app rez size, can we go larger, do we have to keep aspect ratio, what can phonegap do here.
