I work at that very call center and I know that girl on the phone. Funny thing is you called several times but didn't get anything/anyone that would make Mastercard look bad till you got this girl who's first language isn't English, and to top it off you have her on speaker phone and expect her to understand every word you say. How about you post up those other calls you made, you know, the ones where your the jackass.

@thatabrz ..that is why in the beginning i said i have the time to waste. i already knew it was..14 minutes of my life i'll never get back. it was more to of just heard their excuse to why its down.
