Okay, something completely different now. Sometime ago I started experimenting with a producer program called Reason 4. It's meant for use with a midikeyboard and features some very realistic samples. I decided to try and make my own High Hopes cover with it. It features some sound effects, and ofcourse a piano, string ensembles, violins and more.

I used my M-Audio Keystation 49e to record the tracks. Very little overdubbing was used. Enjoy.

  • beautiful!

  • @johnnyoarat Thanks! I finally have the high quality acoustic guitar I have been searching for years, it's a Furch S23CRC. I am still looking around for a good mic but when I have one, expect the acoustic project to start then! I have loads of idea's for it already!

  • too slow. this isn't a dirge.

  • @derhandtrommler This is my own version. I thought it would a little more dramatic if it were slower so I made a slower version.
