We've got customer satisfaction ratings in the high 90s for our support as tracked via ZenDesk. Because we are pay as you go we have every incentive to make our customers happy. Boo!

That's all fine and I fully support them, but the woman's domination and all the shishhhhin leg touching "PR/Business" look will in the future might make the company not very Customer forward. She's scary

Great service and really focus. Why do they look for investment. Best investors are your customers. You have a great product. Market it now. And if it doesn't work in US, come to Europe you will be 2-3 years ahead everyone ;-)
The support can be problematic, but think about other currencies. I see you are doing Canada already. There is Euro too.

I like that they are so focused on independent retailers. Will be interested to see what their future integrations are like. And what their configurations are like if they want to have a buy 2 get 1 free deals
PS- Just constructive criticism Scoble. You have a lot of knowledge to share and you do a great service for startups but at the same time you interrupt a bit too much. I want to hear what they are saying fully. Request - Ask questions and listen more.. since we are listening too. Thanks!
