bmp2 is track, heavier and wider.
this vehicle is design to be narrow and lighter so it can be deploy easily in jungle conditions. in desert conditions, it would be a sitting duck against AFV (like the bonix), this is more like the Stryker, they can be identify by their 8 wheel configuration.
