I started with one long straight track and then applied as many bone segments to it as I could so that I could make the curves look smooth. To bend it I just started at one end and worked my way down, manipulating the bones. The train is a series of attached cars that conform to the bones.
can you tell me how you made this?

@silverblade604 you should check out some of the 24 Hours of Video Training tutorials on Newtek's site if you use Lightwave.
And specifically the "Animating a train or roller coaster on a curved track" under Vehicle Animation.
