@hanamichi10a11 It could be many reasons. You may be applying the wax on too thick (it should be fairly thin of an application). Also, it is important to apply the wax with the direction of hair growth, and remove with the opposite direction of hair growth. Or if you applied in an area that wasn't cleaned off or dry, if it was wet or moist, applying baby powder helps, and then wax over the powdered area. Another reason could be the brand of wax you are using. Cheap waxes don't do very well.

Not to mention you double dip. Your salon is a infection waiting to happen. Id never go there even if waxes were free. I'd end up at the doctor cause I got an infection from your poor sanitation.

Why cleanse the area if you're not using gloves? Theres no point if your going to be rubbing the area with your dirty hand that you just had in your nose and on the toilet seat.
No gloves = poor hygiene!
