i dont know if it can be done but can you mix up the RSF and the RSc.MK in a combo? like do two RSF's and then switch to a RSc.MK and then back to a RSF or whatever? if it can be done would you make a vid of you trying it? thanks

Also, sorry if this is a retarded question but why go for this when if you can do this you can most likely already do RSF?

Hits low. Counter-hits into RSF.
Better speed and range = hits in situations where close HP won't = better mobility = better mix-ups.

first you need to master RSF. after that it takes only a few hours to get 4 hits on the mk loop. it takes forever to master, though.
