I am 21 and have just started doing gymnastics again after an 8 year break. I only did gym for about 2 years when I was younger, but I really love it and want to improve. I know I'm crap now, but I just got my back and front walkovers again, and want to know how to improve them. I realise I need to straighten my legs. I can sometimes do the splits, so I'm working on my flexibility.
Any tips? You can be cruel, I don't care :-)

i think that you just need a little more momentum and speed in your moves, and then they will flow a lot better into the landing. but you look good!

Try to come up more gracefully on front walkovers. It helps if u stretch ur splits before. Stretch them EVERY DAY
