  • dude! promised land was/is their best album! the intelligence level of the material is through the roof! there's not even ONE weak song. this is the ONLY ryche album where i can't name a song i would skip occasionally.

  • What a mindblowingly awesome song...

Why can't they make another album on this level of creativity? Hear In The Now Frontier /Q2K/Tribe was pretty damn painful to listen :(

  • spectacular band

  • he still had that perfect 10 voice at this point, man this is good stuff

  • @ved76 chris was a big part of the sound.....it sucks they wont ever have that sound in their music again

  • @DanAstonMusic - Sadly I cant , email me and when I find it , I can rip the show into a live DVD and send it to you as I do have a DVD burner

  • @theebaydj Wow a proshot video from this would be amazing! can you upload it?

  • @ved76 Could not have said it better....

  • @sickspastic They were at the top of their game here. Every song on this album was a mastermind of eclectic, synergistic expression combined with musicianship beyond showmanship but it's all still there in the mix. I loved this album and many before it, but when Hear In The Now Frontier came out something told me it was over. And sadly it was. Once Chris left I knew the possiblity of them ever returning to their roots was over....

    RIP Queensryche

  • @theebaydj eh? seconds? :s i'm confused. btw, it's same person you replied to, it's just been a LONG time and I go by a diff name now.

  • @sickspastic

Bought seconds when it was released I hated it .. I sat on it and on a 16 hour road trip for some reason I grabbed the Promised Land cd when getting music for the road.

On an alone stretch of road , exits every 30 miles I threw it on because I knew I would be seeing them eventually when they would tour for the disc I put it on.. listened relentless!! I have a pro shot VHS some where in my basement but I assure its there) from both Dayton *Pro shot* and Cincinnati *CRAPTASTIC*
