On one side, some of the clouds had cleared, leaving more of the sky clear and blue, and the moon was visible. On the other side, the sun was setting with clouds near it, and it was casting an orange light into the bus.
At the time, I thought of "Trans AM" by Neil Young, but it didn't quite fit. I found "Big Group Hug" a few months ago, and that defeinitely fits. It's one of the most gently beautiful songs I've ever heard.
Absolutely magical. I remember a day back last February when my school were playing in a Junior Cup game and the ground was wet from the night before, and there were clouds above us, with bits of blue between them. The team won the game, and when we were on the bus home, I spent the journey looking out the window.
