TCA Volleyball, Setter, Mackenzie Calle, Class of 2012

TCA Volleyball setter Mackenzie Calle plays for TCA's flagship volleyball club in Huntington Beach, CA.

In 2011, I played up with TCA Volleyball's 18s. As setter I currently average 14.2 assists, 4.3 blocks, 3.7 kills and 2.4 aces per game. As the team's sole setter we won the gold medal in the 2011 SCVA Las Vegas Classic. Concluding the 2011 18s season TCA owner Neil Mason asked me to set his 17-1 open team in the 2011 Atlanta JOs. Teams I set score on 74% of their first touches. I am fully capable of delivering an NCAA conference championship.

I hit right side for my high school and over four years lead the team in blocks and kills.

Concluding the 2011/2012 high school season I made the California Interscholastic Federation All-County team as a hitter and was the CIF Southern section and Century League's leading blocker.
