  • Dude, I love your "Sugar/Fructose" comment @ 7:30 in the Vid. I almost fell out of my chair laughing. Good stuff man. I just subscribed when I ran across your vids. If you don't mind, you seem to know science, are you a scientist or a nutritionalist? I like your view on things, just wanna know where its coming from. Thanks

  • @tddcmptn I love my fructose! And nah; I have no official education in this field at all. I just read. A lot.

  • Last time I checked out some info on beta alanine, it was recommended to take it 4 times a day or something retarded like that, so you just take it pre workout? the supplements I take a protein / creatine monohydrate and glucosamine, I have some beta alanine in the cupboard worth giving it a go?

  • @dominatingthis You can take it whenever you want but I take it pre-workout because one of the side effects is a sort of itchy feeling on your face and ears. I don't want to deal with that when I'm just sitting at home LOL

  • Ian, great vid, what's your view on creatine monohydrate?

  • @t678r Good. Take it. 5g per day whenever you want.

  • hey Ian about the acetyl al carnitine is it safe cos i heard it plays with thryoid hormones thnx buddy

  • hey man where do you buy all of those products from?

  • @mx799 srs?

  • can you make real talk about fat burners...like optimum nutrition one

    10x

  • that citrulline malate is so damn sour!

  • Any way you can add the exact stack (with quantity) in the description?

  • @LiftingForLife i think internet these days has almost surpassed a nutritionalist... even doctors seem to be oblivious as to what nutrients and foods do to the body. i have been building for right around 5 months and read 2-3 articles and browse forums on nutrition/bodybuilding for about 2 hours each day .. so for a bodybuilder who has been training for 5 years to say he knows what he is talking about more than some college grad is not that far of a reach.

  • so if you had to put these ingredients from most important to least important, what would that be?

  • LOL "GIVES YOU A GOOD PUMP, BUT HAS NO PURPOSE"??? I dont get it?

  • You could just buy Amino Energy from ON, it has pretty much all the same stuff you took seperate with some really good caffein in it from coffee beans and green tea. Plus another good thing about Amino Energy is it doesn't have any 1,3 Dima or any of that other shit in Jacked and C-4.
