  • Search, "isometric abs" or "static hold abs" for more advanced core exercises.

  • weighted plank after heavy front squat set is my favorite ab workout

  • We get it ,you don't like Mark sisson..Your perogative..I lost a lot of weight and I am now off cholesterol meds and no longer borderline diabetic .ALL from following Mark Sisson.

  • @Kensbev - Oops... I meant push-ups, planks and *overhead presses*. Duh!

  • @Boromir33 - No, he thinks targeted ab exercises are inferior to compound exercises like planks, push-ups and planks that work your abs, as well as other muscles. Sisson doesn't believe in wasting time in the gym. :)
