This is really cheesy. When they were talking about the woman who wanted to upgrade herself not for a pay increment but for self fulfillment and also stated that the woman said it's not just about winning a prize, i think the PAP could learn a lot from the woman. The PAP ministers and mps' should learn a thing or two about self fulfillment instead of having constant huge pay increments!
