DIY Sushi: California Rolls

found this affordable sushi making kit on amazon! http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/1402729383/ref=pd_lpo_k2_dp_sr_1?pf_rd_p=486...

You can get many of the ingredients at supermarkets. The seaweed and rice vinegar can be found at the oriental/ethnic isle
Ingredients:
Seaweed/ Nori
1 cup imitation crab
3 tablespoons mayo
2 cups cooked rice
3 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 avocado
A few pinches of sesame seeds (optional)
Small bowl of water
1 Sushi mat
1 gallon ziplock bag (optional) I use this for easy cleaning afterwards!

I normally add a bit of sugar into the rice as well as the rice vinegar - it gives it a bit more flavouring.
