This automatic DOUBLE SPOOL 2 ply automatic yarn spinning machine with direct fibre feeding system is latest one developed by 2M ENGINEERS, BANGALORE, INDIA which eliminates slivering process completely. Any natural fibre like coir fibre,date fibre,sisal fibre etc can be used as raw material. The length of the fibre should be between 5 cm to 25 cm maximum. The process of spinning machine starts with cleaning of fibre to remove hard bit, pith and other impurties and is cleaning in done in willowing machine specially designed by 2M ENGINEERS. This cleaned fibre is taken to spinning machine and has to be fed as shown in the video. Once the fibre fall contineously in the fibre tray, the process of coir twisting will take place in two spools simultaneously. The brief demo is shown in the video. The entire machine runs with single operator, single motor thus saving man power and electricity bill.
