I'm not involved in film production but speaking on behalf of the viewer... in my mind this film is the epitome of macabre shorts. Plays out on screen like the written works of Poe and Gogol. Can anybody direct me to similar twisted, interpretive and artistic films?

@umwha i think that the wife cut out her tongue. she washes a pair of scissors in the beginning and doesn't open her mouth until the husband opens, what the blurb calls, the precious gift. wow, this video was amazing. it summed up maybe forty or so years of marriage in seven minutes. goodness gravy, this is an amazing story
