Sensei Henry Thom offers an interpretation of the final Wa-Uke/Knee movements in the Sanseiryu kata.

The movements are taken from "Uechi-Ryu Karate Advanced Katas & Applications- Seisan and Sanseiryu- Presented by Henry Thom".

    Search for Uechi Kanei Sanchin for an example.

  • This is a nice short example. Can I get some help with what a "wa TSUKI / ZUKI" would be? Descriptions say a "two arm, horizontal circle thrust", but I just can't figure out what that is. Thanks
