  • There wasnt the internet, nor world radio then. This was a Motown song that failed, and remade into a hit. Beatles, Stones, Herman, DC5, Manfred Mann, Animals, etc all had hits with American Black music in England. They brought our Black music back to us white kids!

  • The classic 60s pop show. Simply amazing!

  • Remarkable how many of the British bands' bass players used Gibson EB-2 basses (rather than Fenders).

  • @Rabidburt

that would be (L-R) Karl green, Keith Hopwood, Barry Whitham, Peter (Herman) Noone and Dreek 'Lek' Leckenby.....God Keep Lek...

  • MiGawd, I just realized I once knew the names of every member of Herman's band. . .somebody shoot me. . .

  • No Milk, hm..?

  • The audiance is nice and quiet for dont let the sun catch you crying you can hear the twang of gerrys guitar strings.
