This video shows a protest that happened in 2004 when Guatemalans took over the largest dam in the country, Chixoy. They were protesting the building of the dam and how it affected them over 20 years before. Now, the people who had to leave their land are living in very poor conditions and don't even benefit from the electricity that is generated by the dam.
