This lady in the car tries to overun the patrol police cars and spins around in circles. eventually, the sheriffs manages to corner her car and take her into custody.

I saw this story on the news. the driver was actually a woman who had lost her freaking mind. she even started to call radio shows to talk about her problems in hot persuit.
