The Test Kitchen with Diana Jo Rossano, Ph.D. shows you how to make a homemade mayonnaise that helps your health. Mayonnaise contributes to migraines. Don't use store bought mayonnaise. What is all that stuff? Chemicals.

Mayonnaise Recipe, Natural Diet of Homemade Condiments with EVOO. Food manufacturers want to addict you to their food. Mayo, ketchup, mustard, soy sauce and others are not concentrated foods, but concentrated chemicals. Try this sandwich spread instead. It is good for you. But, please, don't tell anyone!

The main ingredient in your mayonnaise is "partially hydrogenated Oil". This is a deadly health poison. Sometimes you will see this ingredient called my other names to keep you - - the consumer - - in a fog and mystery. Other names include: vegetable oil, trans fats, margarine, soybean oil. The names keep coming because food manufacturers want customers. Healthy customers are not on their list. Profits is what they want.

I only eat EVOO, or extra virgin olive oil. The only reason this oil is preferred is because of the processing. virgin means untouched by man. The minimal of processing makes for the best and only oil that is worthy to go into your body.

  • Sorry there is no butter-like spread. Use an organic butter. That means no hormones or additives. Ingredients say: Cream or cream and salt. That's it. Butter has been around for about 2000 years. It's okay. It's the hormones in the butter that make it deadly food. Another alternative is to use half butter & half EVOO. Thanks for watching. Tell your friends.
