Of course i would love it if Generations were to come back but even more so if they were to bring closure to this last episode and complete the story. Did Henry die? Did Shantall and Eric get back together? to many un-answered questions.

is there a chance they will ever bring generations back? i know it was cancelled but that cliffhanger was excellent

I found a little something to resolve the cliffhanger after 19 years: Henry Marshall had a heart attack and was rushed to the hospital.

No, I meant exactly what I said.
Kids don't know the difference between a "dream" and a "business". They think it's going to be dancing and singing and clubs and parties. They have no idea how much WORK goes into being a "singing star". And the money is not what people think it is; especially if they signed one of those ridiculous contracts where the record companies end up basically owning them.
Ruth was a grown BUSINESSWOMAN. She knew the game and wasn't hardly trying to get played!

Either your comment is sarcastic, or your name is facetious, "fwdthinker"!
Why shouldn't a woman with two adult children pursue a dream she gave up to raise her family??
-
Don't forget "Capitol"!!

The original Chantall was a lady by the name Sharon Catherine Blanks, She was replaced by Debbi Morgan, But in my opinion Jonelle Allen character Doreen was the best, She made the show worth watching. I wonder if Jonelle Allen keeps in touch with Vivica Fox? Vivica became successful after she did Generations.

I believe all the original characters are still alive, They need to do a reunion show. They replaced the original Chantall for the one you see in this video, The real Chantall played fungirl on the sitcom Good Times i forget her real name. I would love to see Jonelle Allen again, the last i saw her she was in a horror movie called Grave Secrets on the scifi channel, The same guy that played her husband in Grave Secrets was in this show Generations.

Most cancelled soap operas leave cliffhangers or dangling plotlines: Edge of Night, Port Charles, The City, Passions . . .
A lousy ending to a great show. It would have ran longer if it were on another network. NBC is no place for soaps. By 2010 they'll drop Days Of Our Lives and run the Today show all day.
