  • @DawnStorm77 "The Everly Brothers" originally sang it. Then Roy, then Nazareth.

  • This is so true,Been there done that.

  • @SuperSquishface i hope you find that fucker and knock the shit out of him

  • A guy I know sings along to this... I call it his song because his voice is equal or even better than Roy Orbison, no offense to him but this guy I know has such a rich tone... I know this is a depressing song but omg when he sings it I can't help but get wrapped in the voice as opposed to the lyrics

  • Written by Boudleaux Bryant and first recorded by The Everly Bros. in 1960 ~ Roy nailed it though as usual.

  • My heart hurts like hell...my girl has an abusive stalker and has her locked up somewhere, I can't find her and the police can do nothing...she will get away soon, he's done it to her before, before I met her...but this song fits me right now....I really hope you're OK Holly...

  • @oldies55 Yep they did the song first and the songs appears on their album "A date with the Everly Brothers" through they didn't release it as a single through.

  • @Stopmotionandthings This is not the original. It was originally written by Boudleaux Bryant, and first recored and released by The Everly Brothers in 1960. This version is from 1961.
