@bunkergeargal- You assertion that the Swedes and Norwegian DE Subs are more advanced is a matter of opinion and not one of fact and thus should not be presented as such. That said your opinion is not without merit but fails to take into consideration the present refit taking place to the Victoria class subs which will undoubtedly make them the leading contender for the worlds finest DE sub as I have asserted in my earlier post. and keep in mind I serve on these and see the refit first hand

@yodasecondave The MOST ADVANCED D/E subs? You expect people to believe that? YES, operating on batteries makes you quieter because there's no mechanical noises, they're also far superior in LITTORAL waters, I will grant you that as well. However, the REAL advantage of D/E subs in BLUE WATER Ops is their lack of a REACTOR PLUME thus making them invisible to RORSAT's, which as a Submariner you know to be the truth. Norway and Sweden have the BEST D/E's as well. Oh, and thank you for your service.

@hamechicoloft we shot down a passenger plane because the incompetant dumbass iranian airport guys got the callsigns mixed up and gave a passenger plane the "iranian F-14 tomcat (fighter jet) callsign, therefore when the plane would not respond to radio calls telling it to stay away from the US ship it was taken as hostile and shot down. atleast were not savage retards like you guys. get some real laws and an uncorrupt bullshit gov't and maybe well listen to you for once.

@fadayeiran you are retarded, the Canadian Victoria class submarines are arguably the most advanced diesel electric submarines in the world, I know this because I serve on one. A little lesson in submarine warfare... diesel electrics are far far quieter than there nuclear counterparts which is why our Canadian subs are constantly at sea participating in joint US Canadian exercises. They are so busy we actually resupply at sea and fly guys in and out to rotate crew.
