there is a factory in Siberia which makes the same (either new or rebuilt) with a turboprop.

these birds are awesome, apparently the stall speeds on these are so low that with a 40km/h headwind you can fly backwards at 5km/h

How slow can you cruise in this plane?

Stallspeed is 35-40 knots, any speed above that will do as cruise if you want to go slow, not very economic thow.
