A video highlight of the presentation, demo and comments from Disney execs at the June 9, 2008 coming out party, not only for "Sleeping Beauty" in anticipation of her 50th birthday next year -- and the first Disney animated classic in Blu-ray hi-def, but also for the studio's first foray into BD Live with the introduction of Disney's new BD Live Network. The suite of web-connected interactive features that comprise BD Live Network includes Movie Chat instant messaging, Movie Mail video streaming, and Movie Challenge communal gaming related to a Blu-ray movie while it is running and the collecting of Disney Reward Points, all through a Blu-ray Disc player. The evening event to showcase the new features for the Oct. 7 release, discuss details, and announce that every subsequent Disney release would include BD Live features, was held at the Ebell Club/Wilshire Ebell Theatre in Los Angeles just southeast of Hollywood. The "Sleeping Beauty" release comes nearly four years from the date when Disney first decided to support the Blu-ray Disc format in December 2004 and two years after its first Blu-ray releases in September 2006.
Does anyone know what BD Live Authoring software was used? Thanks in advance for the answer.
