Ecological Architecture- Building in Bangalore

Ecological architecture responds to 2 key crises confronting us globally. The crisis of poverty and the lack of access to work,education,health and all allied services is the first one. The second is the environmental crisis with the consumption of natural resources beyond sustainable limits and the generation of pollution streams beyond the carrying capacity of the globe itself.
Through design and through the architecture of space work is generated to produce jobs of a skill which is nurturing thus addressing the first concern. The second concern is addressed through building to enhance bio-diversity , using local materials such as earth, harvesting rain, using solar energy,using ecosan,recycling grey water, growing food on the roof and being as creative as possible in minimizing the ecological footprint of the house.

Living in bangalore doesnt require much cooling. Try the same in places like chennai,Rajasthan and i will understand eco : works.

How about human excreta composed, do you channel the compost into the pots mechanically or manually..?
