Episodi di MIO MAO su I-TUNES: http://itunes.apple.com/it/app/mio-mao-guarda-e-racconta/id375094154?mt=8

Each episode begins with Mio and Mao rolling and tumbling across a fantastic world of clay accompanied by their charming music tune: Mio, Mao, la, la, la, la, la.... While doing so, their attention is drawn by some strange sound: What is it? Their curiosity leads them to watch from the distance: It is a mysterious moving shape. Both kitties get closer to look and the mysterious shape finally reveals itself, its only a friendly animal to play with.
All of the episodes of this series feature a different animal or object to be discovered by Mio and Mao in this unique and joyful programme.

  • All I know is I'm 22 and addicted, these little stop motion cats capture so many of the mannerisms and so much of the body language characteristic of cats - the creator is quite the observer and his attention to detail shines in his work. I love it, each episode is a masterpiece :)

  • @Foxzorz Thanks! Really appreciate your comment :-)

  • Meravigliosi!! Davvero complimenti, e' fantastico!

  • @akithered Grazie di cuore! Saluti dallo Studio!

  • five or six years ago, i tried to find anything about that stopmotion clay cats with the funny onomatopoetic sounds. then, i found some avi file in very bad quality. i uploaded it to youtube. after that there came many videos in better quality up here on youtube. i dont know if the new series has anything to do with this hype here, but im very very thankful for it. i love it.

  • @wallpills Hi! We have produced 3 series of MIO and MAO. The first one (26 episodes) was made in the 70es while the 2nd and 3rd one (52 epsidoes altogether) were produced between 2004-2007. The episode you are screening is taken from series 3. All the series have been shot in the very same place, Firenze-Italy, under the direction on Francesco Misseri, the author.

  • Reminds me of the good ol' days watching Pingu. The high pitched voices and the little dilemmas they face. This should be on TV!
