A real expert would state in no uncertain terms that you cannot determine authenticity of the birth certificate by looking at a digital image of it.
Hawaii has already attested to its authenticity. You should familiarize yourself with Article IV Sect 1 of the US Constitution.

So you prefer losing 600000 jobs a month. You prefer the economy shrinking by 2% every quarter.
