World of Warcraft - 10-man Obsidian Sanctum + 3 Drakes - Tears for Fears - Area 52 Alliance

After several attempts we decided to go with the zerg strategy and just burn the boss with everything we had. Results seen here :)


One quick note: I'm an Arcane Mage. I *know* I'm not doing proper spell rotation, so elitists STFU. Generally you don't stack Arcane Blast so high before launching (Missile) Barrage or Arcane Barrage... however, given the high crit damage of a x4 Arcane Blast and the short duration of the fight, I figured it would be best to spam it until Slow needed refreshed. We win :P

AddOns:
-BarKeep allows you to move the action bars to wherever you want and in any basic shape you want (2 rows of 6, 1 row of 12, 4 rows of 3, whatever). The bar on the left side of my chat window is entirely bound to my G15 keyboards G1-G12 keys (I have the old, blue G15 that has 18 of these keys).

-SimpleBuffBars: A *much* nicer display of buffs and debuffs which makes it way easier to ID the buffs you have instead of the default UI where you have to mouse over each one to see them. It's out of date I believe, but still works.

-EventHorizon: This one helps with rotation (although it's rather useless for Arcane Mage [EDIT: I have disabled this AddOn for this character and replaced it with NeedToKnow, which pops a configurable display up for various buffs and debuffs on you or your target or whatever - I'm using it to Display Slow duration], I mostly use it for Shadow Priest although it does function with every class and spec (minus healers). It's out of date and discontinued, but still functions.

-ToolTipWrangler: Allows you to move the tooltip wherever you need it. The default position covers most of my action bars in this setup, so I had to get this to get it out of the way.

-Decursive: Pops up a little box for each party member, and if they get a debuff on them that you can cure (mages: curse, priests: disease/magic, etc) it makes a little sound and the party/raid member's box lights up. Click the box for insta-cure!

Prat 3.0 - Powerful chat AddOn with more options than I care to learn about, but I like what it does to the basic chat setup.

-DeadlyBossMods: Do I need to explain this one? Really?

EDIT: We did this again on 7.9.10, I was on my (Shadow) Priest this time. It went better, but we still all died at the end from adds lol...
