Thanks for the vid, you've made me realise i'm eating too many nuts and seeds. What would be a good replacement for these? They're quick and easy and i've been eating them everyday as mini meals, but i think i'm eating far too much of them.
I was using nuts and seeds with fruit as one of the many meals i eat in a day, sometimes two or three times a day, now i'm easing myself into the raw diet what would you suggest would be a better alternative? or how much is enough on a daily basis?

thank you so much for posting this vid. now i don't have to feel bad when i cook certain foods. %100 raw is quite challenging for me.

Thanks for clarifying about cooking foods, Michael! In addition, according to my research (like from the book, Nourishing Traditions), some foods, like cruciferous vegetables, have more nutrition available when cooked. (And some foods, like nuts and grains, should be soaked, for more than one reason.) ALSO, some food are completely inedible unless cooked. Ever try eating a raw parsnip? :-D
