You are right there would be a slaughter on the DMZ. But it would not be us. IN just a couple weeks we took over a country thousands of miles away. The N. Koreans could not take over their neighbor in a couple years. In this day tech. rules the battlefield and the U.S is the leader in military tech. Oh and you are wrong the U.S loves traditional war. Thats what we excel in. Its gorilla warfare that we hate. But gorilla warfare has been the problem of all the greatest countries in history.

You obviously have no idea what you are talking about. MacArthur's landing at Inchon was not some tactical masterpiece. The Americans pretty much just walked in and took it. The DPRK left it unguarded. The DPRK is a joke. They only have a brown water navy. They are using equipment decades old. They dont have the economy or logistics to sustain a war. They cant even feed their own fucking people. They have fuel and electricity problems. Their infrastructure is a mess.

Those DPRK hotshots are training for a war that will never happen. The U.S. cannot fight a traditional war. We have to fight a coward's war a.k.a. 4th generation war.

We would fight by proxy i.e. using Chinese, anti-DPRK expats, and CIA advisers, causing domestic and border disruption. We would introduce airborne diseases, using air currents that would carry it into NK. We would cut off all their credit and extort money from U.S. taxpayers to remunerate those gov'ts and banks that suffer loss.

He didn't have much to say other than those North Koreans are nothing to be fucked with. General MacArthur's landing at Inchon and superior sense of tactics kept the NK's from taking over.

Since then, the DPRK's army is much better and the U.S. army is much softer now. In a direct confrontation at the DMZ, we would get slaughtered.
