  • Hello, another excellant video. Greetings from the United Kingdom.

  • Non vegans are just as deficient in B12 as vegans are. I know a lot of ppl think a lack of B12 is just a vegan thing...it is not!

  • I take B12 supplements sometimes but not consistently. Once in a while I'll have fortified non-dairy milks and I just got my blood test results... I have plenty of B12! :)

Oh, and I have had my Matt & Nat wallet for about 7years. No leather wallet ever lasted me that long.

  • Just got the happy cow app an found out there is a veggie pub near me! :) Hoping to go with my BF in a couple of weeks. Thanks!

  • I love these videos!! Please make part 3!! Thanks to you I have been introduced to so many new vegan stuff I didn't know about like the chocolate milk boxes!!

  • Yay Part 2 LOVED it !! I totally agree I always wear something vegan when I'm traveling and it's amazing how many people ask questions and they really are just curious

  • The Happy Cow app is so good! I have it for my Android. It is SUPER awesome for traveling. I have been wanting to get a vegan necklace. They have some great ones on Etsy from small businesses and artists. B12 is actually from bacteria. The only reason meat, dairy and eggs have it because the animal ate it to begin with. Nutritional yeast is a great source for B12. 84
