I'm sorry but the French version is the best by far...the words are not quite so beautiful in English and so much meaning is lost. This is lovely, but just not the same.

@ShatteredxSpiritx Which is why I said "original London cast" not "original cast". It's not a cover; no one ever performed this song in English making Tina's performance the original. When it comes to casts in musicals, it's not a cover when a new performer takes on the role.

I like the french version better- I am sorry, but while this cover has a beautiful voice, she has absolutely no emotion in her voice at all- it seems so determined to hit the notes the words lose their meaning...
