If you cut the pouch along its long side, you wont get food on your knuckles as you spoon it out.

By the way, do they have gelled alcohol fuel in the UK (like Sterno here in the US)? If so maybe you can do a review. I feel there's got to be some overlooked potential there.

Great video, I use a lot of wayfarer as well as UK/US ration packs, heated up in a jetboil which ive had a couple of years now.

It's a great little system, altho I also have a helios now too.

A good little tip for the jetboil once its hit a rolling boil for a couple of mins, turn off the gas and wait for 5 mins, then switch it back on and bring back to a rolling boil for a few mins more.

leave the cap on though, and the retort pouches get nice and hot but helps to save on fuel.
