Miss Anderson is based in New York but flew to London to help the star prepare for her European tour.
She was introduced to Madonna by Gwyneth Paltrow, who began working out after giving birth to son Moses in 2006.

those were taken right after she got back from africa she got really sick and lost tons of weight and thats why now her arms are toned and thicker she hasent loked like that in years

Did Madonna have cheek and chin implants or is it photo shop? I looked at old videos (the making of the video for hollywood) and her jaw doesn't go out nearly as far, nor do her cheek bones, weight loss notwithstanding. I can't be sure....maybe you have the scoop?
